Did you set up a Cross-platform save account and upload a file?
Do you have any in-game local backups?

GooglePlay is erratic but leaving it 10-20 mins and maybe do the first 'mission' (tap for entropy) seems to work in ~3/4 of the cases.
If you never set up a Cross-platform save account and uploaded a save, Computer Lunch won't have a copy of your game file.

If you ever created a Cross-platform save account you should be able to put in your email and password (not your Google password). If you've forgotten your password, you can DM Cells Support with your details.
If you never made a Cross-platform save account you don't have an account so putting in passwords won't do anything.
Apart from that, if you have an old device with the game on, you could see if there's a copy there.
