When I unlocked the Hammerhead shark I was brought into the Ocean Garden even though I don't have it because I was doing am empty sim strategy.

Here are the steps to reproduce it:

  • Wait until your next daily mutagen is a Shark
  • when I clicked it, I was brought here.

Interesting. Personally I've never had this happen, even though I have unlocked sharks during empty sim.
