BUT the German Translation is ( translat in english ) Age of Exploration Boost 70000000%
Which description is the correct one?

English is generally the correct one because it's the language the developers are working in. I can't fathom how a number would get mistranslated though (even though it clearly is).

the english one is correct, the german one is the old effect from before the reality reboot update

this also seems to affect the philosophy artifact (i can't read german but it says 10000% which was it's old boost to the bronze age), and difference engine is displayed in english
