I am completing requirement 39 on E30 when I was leveling up Alpha Centauri I noticed I completed the node when I hit 2300. I left and reloaded the game incase it was a visual glitch but it's still there.
Version: 45.45 (latest Beta)
Platform: PC - Steam

Well, it's still just a visual glitch. Complete the other two reqs and you should be able to collect the reward
Wait nope I'm mistaken this is the opposite of the glitch I've seen

Glitches like this (and it's opposite) do make me wonder about how tf some things are coded. 🤔
