#Can’t redeem codes on iOS

Are you entering them with all caps?
Yes
me too wont work both pc and iphone
The binary code in the screenshot is expired and wouldn't work anyway.
I don't think the code is visible in the screenshot, but that too, make sure it's still a code that works. PAXEAST2026 is the most recent one and still active for a few more days
I am following this list and it doesn’t work sadly https://cell-to-singularity.fandom.com/wiki/Codes What can I do? Do the devs look here? Or better to message support or smth?
I mean, the most reliable code list is here on the #🎭-semblance channel, use the codes command and there you can see both the valid and the expired codes, although now that I see that PAXEAST2026 code that the other guy mentioned, now I got my doubts on how reliable it is despite it being made by the devs themselves seeing as how that code doesn't show up on the list and after a short test I could clearly see it was indeed a valid code
pretty sure the pax east code is the only one not on the bot's list. it's going to be inactive in a few days anyway. rest of the codes still work though. if you are entering them exactly as they are listed, it is likely an internet issue as the poppup in the screenshot says
The most reliable and updated list of codes is on the wiki - https://cell-to-singularity.fandom.com/wiki/Codes
The Semblance thing hasn't been updated for over a year. People have asked.
Ah, ok
I repeat myself here, but it is not about which code I use, it simply does not work for me. I‘ll look for another way to contact the team.
I also have the same issue here, I redeemed many codes on the wiki and only one work, others always says timeout even though my wifi was running pretty fast (I tested it)
Is everybody making sure to type them in capitals, making sure there's no trailing blank spaces, and from the primary sim?
Be aware that copying often includes trailing blank spaces.
(just in case)
But the Devs changed something about codes at 44_86 so could easily be something messed up - #🧾-beta-patch-notes message
