Hm, it is an image I found on the web. I liked the artwork. And while not made for Cells, it is related because it uses a very similar artwork for a similar product as the Infinity Pass in Cells.

Because I did not make it myself I do not know how it was made. It could be made with AI or it could be made with a computer 3D rendering program such as Blender.
