Been having an issue for weeks unable to progress in “beyond” earths moon won’t unlock and I had no idea what the requirements to unlock the moon are. Will post additional pictures. At this point is almost impossible to progress and rank up the planets any further. I get maybe 1-3 lvls at day. And it just getting slower and slower.
I think I may of experienced a random bug where I must of completed the requirement for the moon to unlock but it never actually unlocked. Emails to support haven’t help and no one can tell me the actual requirements to unlock earths moon.

This i not the first time I've seen something like this, and I believe the fix was to revert to an older save

okay so this bug report (#1482203189322191099 message) doesn't seem to have a resolution but the last message links to a conversation where the resolution was reloading an older save

Created an account and going to try to load my save up on steam version of the game tonight maybe that will get me unstuck. Fingers crossed

I can only see 5 saves of the game from the last 2-3 days so I don’t think they will help.
Maybe I’ll save right now via iPhone and and than reload it and see what happens

Does the upgrade function in the main simulation what causes it to create a save?

Yup no luck still hung up on the moon being locked with no clear objectives to unlock it.

yeah, you were supposed to have already unlocked it by this point. I'm not sure how/why the game allows you to progress without unlocking generators

The wiki just says pre-requisites are Earth and Beyond rank 2.

I'm wondering if, like Meso, Beyond only requires you to complete the objectives, not collect the rewards, and maybe people are accidentally resetting their universes without unlocking all the generators

Hmm. That could be it.
I was wondering if they'd done an update. I had a glitched out objective that stopped me for a bit. Sort of the opposite thing - https://discord.com/channels/488478892873744385/1464520572053618688
I was able to fix it by moving my file to the previous version.

Yah I kinda figured i already completed the requirements. Support has just kept telling me to rank up earth and mars with no change or unlock. Think support will have to do something manually or internally on my specific account to unlock it or completely reset my beyond experience at this point
I’m rank 34 in the man simulator and do not intend to start over completely
I’ll try to load my account into the PC steam client later today as my last attempt to fix it myself

If you set up a cross-platform save account and upload a file I think the cells team can look at it / change it? If they have your cells ID.
Whether they will 🤷.

no luck loading into steam client I still see the same issue. I think the only way I get a fix is if a dev pulls up my cloud save and manually does something to fix my save. hopefully someone can reach out and/or provide a possible fix. thanks for everyone that has tried to help so far.

You could DM cells support - they're the dev person who often deals with that stuff here. But may be busy with PAX East stuff this week.

Now I’ve reach a road block in the main simulation and I need to complete beyond rank 6 RIP. Hopefully a developer is able to help me out with my game/save file. So I can progress further into the simulation

problem has been resolved. fix required dev support to fix my savedgame.gd file as it was confirmed that i managed to complete the moon unlock requirements without the earths moon actually unlocking as intended.

Im also having this issue, ive reached out to the support email multiple times but am having trouble finding help. I was told to level up earth and its already at level 6.

If you show them the proof that moon has no steps to unlock it and give them your player ID, they should be able to edit your save file and unlock the moon

fr though, after it's been unlocked, all you need to do to get the moon is have Earth at all. was there not a mission for it in episode 2?
