I have reached level 7 in access the beyond and I need to upgrade Enceladus to progress but Saturn isn’t available so I can’t see its moons, what can I do?

That's really weird. Was there not a quest that unlocked Saturn in episode 6, or another in it that required you to level it up?
If you click on Saturn, does it give a poppup? Generators that haven't been unlocked yet usually show the quest needed to unlock them.

No I didn’t see one I complete all quests that were available and if I click on Saturn you see the box in the bottom saying unknown complete requirements to unlock
