idk whats happening but i cant get my darwinium now and its stuck loading (im at full bars)

This can happen when you just opened the game and the connection with Steam / Play Store has not been established yet. It can also happen when you loaded your game from a different platform. For example, saved on the phone, loaded on Steam. If that happens: Close the game. Open it back up. Wait a minute so the store connection can load. Then open the darwinium shop. (Do not immediately open it)
