since playing this game i sometimes have to double-click everything instead of single-click. the issue resolves after restarting the game. it appears to be quite randomly. no matter if in beta or not. i only know that it occurs in mainsimulation after startup, as i immediately restart the game then. So I don't know if this problem persists through all simulations.

I'm pretty sure double-clicking on the tree itself is a feature, not a bug (so you can view a node before purchasing), but you shouldn't have to double-click if you're using the side menu. Which are you referring to?

no, I am talking about buttons that are usually single-clicked.
next time it happens, I will investigate it further and report. but it accounts for the menu on the right, the daily reward, the doubling of the offline production etc.
generators in the tree menu always have to be double-clicked, yes.
but as you said, that's common.

This is not necessarily a solution or anything, but I've also noticed that I have to double tap sometimes when I shouldn't have to, but I'm wondering if that's a product of using a touchscreen on the Steam version of the game. Works as expected when I use the mouse
