They're an incredibly smart cephalopod! They use the cuttlebone to ascend and descend through water (it's a bone that acts like a sponge). Like a lot octopuses and squids they also use chromatophores to camouflage. The Giant Cuttlefish is mainly native to Australia and has really ruthless mating practices.
