#Lost a ton of game progress

When I play after some time it says error something and to check if my Google play account and game was up to date and if it persist try reinstalling the game so I deleted and reinstall it but my saved file didn't saved properly and now I lost a ton of progress plus the basic starter CPU unit the blue thing that you need to pay for. Is there a thing I can do at least even just for the basic starter CPU?
By the way it still quitting my game for me and saying check if the app was up to date.

If you delete the game on Android it will delete your local save game as well. If you did make a crossplatform save (As I desperately tried to convince every player of doing that: #💬-cells-chat message )before the data loss happened, you can log in with your e-mail and password (in the game) and load your saved game from the Cell to Singularity server.

If you have no crossplatform save, you can try to send an e-mail to ComputerLunch support to see if there is any way they can still help you. (You can find their e-mail address at their website) If you know your player ID, player name and any transaction details from buying in-game upgrades, it will help when you include that in your e-mail. Do not e-mail credit card number or passwords for safety/privacy reasons. (And do not mention those here on the public forums)

Can never log in with the email and password. Same issue on android and ios
