If you need support, send an e-mail to lunch@computerlunch.com with your player name, player ID and the e-mail address of your cloud save account. Don't send passwords.
I sent a email I don't remember player Id I know it was crazy ninja I said it too my name in game.
The player's name is not that important; the PlayerID and the email address associated with the game are more important.
your ingame name cant contain a space in game so it cant have been this (but since the player name and playerID are one to one you could find one from the other)

Did you have a CtS account or just a Google Play acct? Because if it's just Google Play then I don't think that's something the devs can help with

Okay, so I'm not an expert in this because I haven't played on mobile myself, but I know from listening to others that Google Play saves are iffy. There might be someone who knows more than me, but to my understanding that's an issue with Google, not with Cells to Singularity. If you can't get your save back when playing the game while logged into your Google Play account, there's nothing we can do here to help you.
My advice, regardless of whether you get your save back or not, would be to make an account in-game, because that's way more reliable. Here's a tutorial on how to do that: #💬-cells-chat message (I haven't tried linking to specific messages before so hopefully it works)
