Go to #🎭-semblance. Use the /suggest command and type your suggestion in the dialog box. Your suggestion will first be reviewed by the moderators (to make sure it's related to the game/server and isn’t a troll), and if it's approved, it will appear in #💡-suggestions for other people (and maybe the developers) to see. Do not create a thread directly in #💡-suggestions because that won't count and the thread will eventually be deleted.
