So on the reset I went back to E18 - 18 was fine no problem

Now on 19 Observe the Sunset Years I’ve completed 16/18 requirements have 2 left now I have completed one of those two and it says open but doesn’t matter where on the bar I press it doesn’t open. I’ve tried moving to a different zone ie primary as n y to hem back again still can’t open closed the game fully and rebooted still can’t collect it!

Any ideas?

Have you cleared the game cache?

Hmm so after googling it says u can’t just clear the cache u would need to delete and reinstall the app

Ok so I just noticed someone else posted about the same issue someone suggested loading a previous save should clear it so …

I loaded previous save
got back to where I needed to rank up Arcturus (2nd last task on E19)
made another save point
ranked up Arcturus
collected rank reward no problem
however the task reward wont collect

I cleared the error by jumping to start of E20

I have carried on now I need to collect the last task of E23 but cannot collect it the open bar just doesn’t seem to work so again stuck….

The only way I can see to clear it is to jump forward to E24 but obviously that’s not right either as you should be able to collect the reward and then upgrade the universe as normal
