It says that I need rank 26 Mesozoic valley for unlocking whatever this is but I’m literally 2 ranks above that and somehow it will not let me unlock it. No wonder why I was hardstuck. Please help me with this

It will unlock after you buy raptor ancestry and rapid diversification
This isn’t a bug, you just haven’t progressed far enough in tree yet. Pay extra attention to the lines that appear in between the nodes
