I've noticed that if the Nanobots are active before prestige then they will continue to generate Fills while in the upgrade screen post simulation archiving, it doesn't seem to affect much but it seems like something might? break if You reach the requisite Fills to upgrade before beginning a new simulation, I've yet to get enough Fills to meet that requirement but It is likely possible
