Before I had the last singularity badge but now when I logged in today all my badge progress for the singularity was reset and I had to re collect all of my badges for singularity except for the Darwinium badge witch I don’t have anymore.

I had the darwinium badge for everything before they changed it to 1000 including the singularity badge
I’m just trying to figure out why out of all of the badges it was just the singularity that glitched and removed my badge

I don't think Singularity had achievements before the Reality Reboot.
Above snip from about 1h before the Reality Reboot.
I doubt you've reached 1000 since: I'm at RL 65 and only have 810 singularities.

I had same.
Before Reality Reboot, I had all achievements in Primary simulation, including 1k Singularities.
Re-acquired it the day after the new content.
But now, after they rolled back things due to the bugs awarding more than expected Chips, the 1K singularities achievement has been removed again, and I can get nowhere near it.
