I've been banned from exploration mode and I don't know why, since I don't use any cheats or hacks in the game.

This really bothers me because I've been playing this game for quite a while.

Banned, as in the Event/Exploration button doesn't appear so you can't open it?

For me, that usually happens if my device hasn't got internet. It can take a minute or so for the button to appear when I open up the game.

You haven't been banned from anywhere, you've just been moved to division 666. You can continue playing until some dev moved you again to other division
