what happened to cyber human research path

Prior to the upgrade there was a cyber human path after singularity, but it’s vanished??? I’ve been trying to work out why I’m not unlocking all the Martian city path upgrades with as much ease on a reset, and realised a whole massive chain of the idea path has vanished. I also have a large number of “white nodes” joined to research paths and no apparent way to unlock them
