I noticed after reading the thread with errors.

After the Reality Reboot update, the game started freezing more and more during gameplay. The longer the session lasts and the more upgrades I buy, the worse the performance becomes, until the app eventually crashes.
When it crashes, a message appears telling me to update the game, even though it is already updated.
Device: Xiaomi Redmi 9C (3 GB RAM)
Platform: Android
Not using the beta version.
Other players with more powerful devices reported similar issues, so this might be an optimization problem.
Steps to reproduce:

I'm having the same problem. It also started crashing while booting up so I basically can't do anything lol
Reinstalling didn't help, neither did logging out and in to Google play :/ hope they'll patch this soon

Perhaps your device is not fully compatible with the new content, as many things have changed, including the graphics engine. You should send a DM to @cellssupport.

Devices. Now happened on a Lenovo tablet and a Motorola phone. Both running Android 12 and both up to date on OS and Google Play. No VPN.
It might be my tracker blocker. Cells has always tried sending a lot of trackers. I haven't changed anything about my blocker though.

Hello, this is absolutely terrible. I'm an active donor and player. I sometimes take breaks between games. Just this once, when I downloaded the game, my previous progress didn't save. Furthermore, all the donations I had are gone. All progress is completely lost. You can see how much I had in my transaction history. And now I've got back the progress I had before the last major update. I really would like you to return my level 66 and all my other levels in other modes. Moreover, my pass should still be valid. This is a very sad situation
