I've been looking and I can't find the following 'Next Level' things in the Reality Engine tree (could have missed them though):
Next Level Focus '1', 3, 8 (found up to 10).
Next Level Guidance 2, 4 (found up to 7).
Next Level Mindset '1', 3, 8 (found up to 10).

Am level 61 if that's relevant.
Re Focus, I got 90 logits at the reboot.
Re Guidance I was level 52 with 50 chips assigned to Entropy and 50 to Ideas at the reboot
Re Mindset, I got ~190 DW at the reboot (before collecting any gifts).
