The only thing I can think of is that you have something enabled on your computer that causes the mouse to automatically hide when it is in a running game (not in a menu)

figured it out. for some reason when the inverted cursor color is selected it becomes invisible to me once i enter the game window, but my friends see it as white when i stream my display. If i put the game window on my other monitor i can see the cursor but it turns white the same way my friends see it.
