I was on the alpha and had to change my phone. Now it says not available in my country. The normal version will not restore my progress. I've had to start over like 3 times because of this game. I'm not sure if I can do it again. I was level 60 in primary, 36 in mezo, and 18 in beyond. I try to get my password but it never sends the email

Got it to load a save but it was from 72 days ago

Alpha stopped a while ago,and files from alpha were never meant to be taken out of alpha. And definitely not into normal -

If you find your password you could try Save Manager to move it into a beta version of the game as per #🧾-beta-patch-notes message , but it states no support will be provided.
