Game crash

So I am episode 16 in beyond and everytime I try to move on to the next episode, my game crashes and kicks me out.... Keep in mind I am playing on a phone

What model of phone do you use? And have you only had problems after updating to the latest version (41_65)?

I use a Motorola

This has never happened before

The devs may want to know which exact model of smartphone you use and which version of Android you have. This can help them to find under which conditions the game is crashing and find a solution.

I can try but I can describe it... So basically I prestige and hen it goes slower once the screen focuses on the interstellar void.... Then it does the zoom out and either freezes there or the screen goes white like usual and freezes on the white screen then kicks me out of the game
