Missing Reality Engine Nodes 41.46

So I've bought most of the Nodes in the reality engine. I had even completed the primordial power upgrades to level 10 and got a bunch of the other stuff as well, but with the latest update that is 41.46 I've lost all that progress and even though it says that on the beta patch notes that it removes the ones that are unreachable, I'm still able to buy the one that is worth 1.00 E40 and it has instead deleted a bunch of the random other parts instead is this a bug as I had already maxed out most of these purchases and I had managed to get the Metabit and Knowledge bit converters to over 1.00 e25. This has also broken both of the converters I tried resting my simulation and that hasn't worked so I'm unsure how to fix this either way I've added some pictures to bet show what I've explained I hope this helps in the games growth

Question: Are you still getting XP? Or is it listed as being Not Active?

There's a Number for my XP and the length just says 'A very long time'

Also the Converters have just randomy fixed themselves. I haven't done anything as I'd already reset the simulation before I did the post and I even turned it on and off a few times to see if that would fix it so I'm not sure whats going on there but they seem to work now and they show the correct figures
