Sometimes the text from tapping will not disappear. It will remain fixed in place until you navigate to a different simulation or close the game.
I’ve seen this occur in Main Sim, Explorations & Mesazoic. It can occur from manual tapping or from the nanobots. Attached is a screenshot of the most extreme example I’ve had.
