The number of possible buys in the the top row always reflect Buy 1x and don't change when chosing a different Buy x mode.
Version: Beta 40_64

Yes. In "Buy Round", with only 2 or 3 entropy generators purchasable, the bar shows 24, the number possible in "Buy x1". Same behavior for idea generators.
