#Internet issue

You'll probably need to tell them what platform and version you're running, and how long it takes before it needs restarting.
I play the version 36_48
from what platform, and country?
Play Store; Italy
Strange, what is your internet speed? Not the speed you're paying for, but the speed you normally get on your mobile phone
I don't know, I will see later
This issue needs to be fixed at every cost! I'm tired if continuously restarting the game because I always lose the connection!
Just to clarify the issue here:
All game versions have a bug in which you cannot use cloud save/load after the game has been running for a bit. You still have internet and you can re-enter your login information to access cloud save again. But it is faster to close the game and relaunch after which you can get into your cloud saves again.
The devs should be aware of this one because it has been an issue for long.
Can you still access exploration events? These also requite an internet connection. If these are missing as well, the problem may be with your phone.
One possible cause of losing internet on your Android device is when you use a VPN or firewall to access the internet. A game like Cell to Singularity needs a lot of RAM to operate. If your phone is a bit older or does not have a lot of RAM the game may push your VPN/firewall out of memory and then you lose internet while playing the game.
My phone is from this July, and the events still work, so please fix that bug
If you login again to your cloud save account, does it connect?
I will see later
Because if yes. Then this is an old and very annoying bug. It's in the main game. In the beta. On Steam and on Android and perhaps on iOS as well. But I don't have an iOS device.
