When I enter Mesozoic or Beyond and come back to primary it automaticly gives me 1-2 levels and a lot of enthropy and ideas. And it work everytime i tested it.

yes i can replicate this bug consistently, it seems it work every time. And im playing on steam
version 39_97

also is your device time the correct time that your playing cells on?
