I can't load my save 😭

Just downloaded the game on new phone and can't load my Google play save. Normal (email address) save works just fine but the one with most progress doesn't.

Did you upload you progress to cloud?

Yes I did

I used my backup form the same cloud several times before

We have to update it time to time also

Or did you upload some old back-up?

try to upload to the cloud, the save again from the old phone (if you still have it) and download it to the new
