Lost saves. Again.

Hello, after playing 2k+ hours i've lost all the saves again. Haven't played for several months due lack of time, today decided to visit game again since i see there are bunch of new stuff being introduced. Same laptop, same steam account, game wasn't deleted at any point during this break, basically haven't touched anything. Yet as i started today all my progress was lost. Can this be fixed somehow?
Player ID AFTER lost progress is EE28F4C596D0EA01. But funny enough my nickname and avatar which was purchased in explorations still stands.

I never linked my email to the game since i played it through Steam. Email linked to the Steam is [e-mail]
what i lost i honestly won't be able to remember fully. All achievements in main simulation, Mesozoic was ... around 7th or 8th prestige i think? And many cards. Like i can't possibly remember them all. In beyond i was at rank 25. Again many cards which i don't remember. And most of constellations (except for couple of them) that existed when rank 25 was the last one. All the missions that existed at rank 25.
In reality engine i haven't had only last upgrade (Neutrino Expansion? I'm not sure if any was added since i played last time). But i gathered around 80-90% of metabits, to buy it. Should have been enough by now considering time that passed since last session. Or at least close enough.
With explorations i had 10+ badges in first 5 of them if i remember correctly. Less in later ones till "Threat of infection". Never played Feline Journey, once finished "Set in stone". Never played what came after.

Yeah, well, i can't. It's either "Connection error" or "Enter verification code" which is never coming to my e-mail. And i tried a few.

if you still not have any answer, it's because dev team it's busy with next update, but you can try this instead

Send a mail to [e-mail] telling him your problem. Don't forget to send him your playerID, linked mail to the game and the content you lost
