Game sent me back to level 7 even though I'm level 29

So yes I have 551k score, level 29, randomly the game sent me back to level 7, shows meso and beyond as locked, and doesn't show the two badges I got from outbreak event, and apparently it gives me darwinium for leveling up even though I already claimed it before (I got 2 by accident because I thought I reached level 30 before realizing)
What should I do

Meso and beyond being unlocked (I haven't done them yet but plan to once I finish main Sim)

The "2" (actually 3 cause I forgot the badge from the current event) badges I have
