Rogue upgrade showing in Mesozoic Valley

Icon shows an available upgrade for Argentinosaurus but when I click there's nothing available to buy.

Can u tell witch icon you`re think is showing that u can upgrade dinosaur

Does this green card not mean there is a upgrade available?

It is. Im pretty sure that this is a bug

my guess is that you got the card with a in previous prestiges, not yet in this one and it has an available upgrade that you can't afford since you don't have the card yet ? not sure at all

That kind of seems to make sense as I only had this issue on subsequent prestiges
