Event warning based on entry method

so basically if you click the little event button the first time, it will give you the graphic warning cuz diseases and infections
however, if you enter the event through the switching simulations panel (first time again), it won't give the warning.

I don't think many people would be sensitive to the event, although I could see how some people may be.
