The bug happens after I bought the item "Pyramids" with my metabits and consists in the sarcophagus not appearing behind the pyramids. Thus the secret achievement is impossible to get. Also I noticed that the mummification icon didn't turn coloured when unlocked.

Did you swap between things like Beyond/Meso and then back? I've had objects not load in the civilization garden until I did.
