Infinitely hanged reward for an event

Hi, I'm suffering from a failed events reward. I've already restarted all I could - even reinstalled the app and load cloud save again, but the problem wasn't fixed. It's been already a lot of events after that (I don't know, more than 10, I guess), but nothing is changing.

I'm frustrated because it makes me impossible to get any reward from any events.

Try going into the current event and completing it to see if that solves your error. If it still doesn't fix it after that, post it here again
