The achievements in the Beyond for the constellations appear to have shifted names and descriptions. The icon and requirement is fine though.
In the example, it shows the Cancer badge icon but Hydra’s achievement name and description show up. I don’t know if this happens on other devices, but it has been here consistently since I got the achievement.

I've seen things like this before; UI probably got mixed up.
Seen this when I did a generator, then a badge sometimes.
U probably had the Hydra constellation selected, then opened the achievement menu to the full, clicked cancer, and exited the achievement menu?

this happens every time, and i never click hydra before clicking the achievement tab
also im pretty sure hydra is a series ii constellation, and i dont have series ii unlocked
