There was a moment when i was playing cells with super bad Wifi, when i switched to the Prehistoric times (Dinosaurs) I tried to buy 2x boost. Then i realized that when i press watch an add, the add dont play and i could just spam the button to add time. The bug wasnt working after i rejoined the game.

I think the problem is that the internet couldn't load the ad system, and that's why it was happening to you. When you got back into the game, the system was able to load fine. I don't think it's a bug, just an internet data loading problem

Ye, it was in game few years ago, sometimes I can click it like 2x/3x times
