When playing through the dinosaur event the icon will be illuminated like there's an upgrade available but when you go to the cards for that dinosaur not enough cards are collected for an upgrade

When the dinosaur has the blue/green circle around it, that means that you can buy at least one of that Dino.

@compact parrot I'm referring to the illuminated card icon. Showing there's an evolution of a skill card available but there aren't enough cards to evolve.
