Hello!

There’s an incorrect cheese fact in the cheese event. Stilton can only be made in Nottingham, Leicester, or Derby, NOT in Cambridgeshire.

But there IS a village called Stilton in Cambridgeshire, but stilton cannot be made there as it is not one of the permitted counties.

You could fix it really easy by just removing the word Cambridgeshire 🙂

Source: I’ve lived in a bunch of these places, they’re pretty proud of it (except Cambridge lol), but you can fact check it 🧀

Being even more pedantic, Stilton is produced in the counties of Nottingham, Leicester and Derby, being Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
Totally agree with Ouch Mouse's proposed solution though. "... in three counties in England."

Can confirm the pedantic correction is true. Mainly in the Vale of Belvoir.

Source: have lived in both Nottingham and Nottinghamshire (which are not the same thing - in the same way that San Diego isn't the same as California. Or Houston).

I have also lived in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, Cambridge, AND Cambridgeshire, so I definitely should have done better 😂

🙂 Blame the Internet F*** Up Fairy. The one that always puts a typo in any email or post criticising someone's spelling or grammar the instant you press ENTER or click Send. The same one that ensures any important email I send that refers to attachments, never has attachments. Or, if I remember the attachments, the subject line is blank.
