The trophy nodes that astronomy missions are a part of show a light/dark blue border when they are in progress. The 2D models of the Galactic Bar/Plane are layered under these borders, which I'm assuming is unintentional

When they are in the green "complete" state they are layered over the border, as (most likely) intended

This has been added to our bug tracking system as the issue CELL-3765. As we resolve that issue, updates will be posted back here.

can confirm this on event horizon and smc in beta version 3370
