I think solution 1 and 2 are the way to go: make it unlock immediately when the first thing it's buffing unlocks, and make it way stronger

definitely gotta make this obtainable earlier in the game, i bought voyager 2 and i crashed out when i realised i couldnt unlock it until i got the heliosphere

the devs have officially gone and done the exact opposite. voyager 2 now costs 150 logits instead of 25, and provides the same effect, and is unlocked at the same time
