When I claimed my next shark (great white), it skipped the animation and went directly into next week's agenda. The shark wasn't claimed and was entirely skipped.

I was gonna get my last shark today but when I clicked it the same thing happened to me, counter skipped into next week but no shark rewarded. 😦
Edit: ...and yes, I'm also on latest version. I've also tried to restart the game, but still no shark.

I didn't get pinged either, and in the end it was myself who solved the issue by simply going two more weeks to get the shark again.

Back on this topic, it seems that when clicking too fast, for example claiming weekly reward while simulation is still loading in, you lose the rewards. Just wanted to give a heads up on this to devs.

This happened to me just now. I started the game, opened the daily mutation view and clicked on the shark. All this before the offline income was calculated. No animation started and no extra shark became available. I already have the Leopard-, Whale- and Tiger Shark, so it was for the 4th shark. My game is android version 36_48

do the same as the other users, send a DM to Cells Support telling your problem or write here (or to a moderator) your linked email address (and don't forget to do a back up to the cloud before that) and your playerID

Yeah, I got gipped on the shark. It's annoying but I have them on my main build.
