Game wont load anymore

Since the last update the game is not loading anymore. It stops while in the initial loading screen. I already deleted the cache and restarted the device.
I would have no problem reinstalling the app if you tell me how to secure the save game since I havent synced it for ages with desktop.

I don't know about the save manager account.
So far I synced with steam manuelly.

But since I play only on mobile my last time I opened the game in steam was after you introduced the temporary "premium" where you can do stuff without watching add.

Some text lines appear on the loading screen. Than there is a small loading break where the rotating element stops.
After the small break it keeps rotating but nothing else happens. No new text lines appear.
The amount of lines are not the same on all tries to launch. But I guess that is normal.

Last try it stopped at "simulate string theory" (hopefully the translation is correct)

I'm playing on Huawei Matepad 10.4.

I had similar issues a long time ago, but you fixed it back then, I hope you can do so again.

When I tap the screen on or above the rotating sphere it makes a sound, like when you collect "currency" in the game.

I believe that I have a Save Manager Account, but unfortunately I have not synced it for quite a while.

Is there any way to save (copy) your progress locally and restore it, just in case I am forced to reinstall the game?

hm, mine did the same when loading a game from standby but full closing the app and restarting it allowed it to fully load

Just installed the latest st version and now it tells me that I need Google Play, in order to play the game... Anyone else experience this? (I'm trying to play on a Huawei tablet)

After the last update I have the same. Using a Huawai where GooglePlay cant be used.
I would be totally happy to have my game data transfered to my steam version. I did that before, but the last time I did it, is already years/months ago.

Isnt the player ID the same in steam and on mobile app?

Hard to remember.
I fineshed the all archivements in "Beyond" before the last update. But that is not so unique.
I dont know which prestige level I had for the dinosaurs. Some for all the other badges and the main game. I know i finished the main game and had nearly all of the additional bonus you could by with the "prestige currency".
I did not make an in app purchase, but one in steam.
last app login should be the day before the update end of january or maybe the morning just before.

My ingame name was Laris.

I think it was 800-900 Darwinieum. But that is quite a guess.

How can I transfer the mobile game data to steam, without beeing able to use the game itself?
At least I need to know which files are the ones to transfer

As far as I know, if you do not enter the game, and make the backup, it is not possible to make copies between different OS devices (only between same OS devices)

you could try to transfer the savedgame.gd file extracted from the phone to steam, but it is not ann easy process unfortunately.

I used an emulator in my PC to transfer the save into the game and than transfer it into the cloud.
Funny sidenote: When the game stopped working the cat event was active. it is the same event right now 😄
