So I was curious about trying to research Mimas even though I already put 2 dark matter research to fill up all the slots, yet somehow I'm still able to research this. Is this a bug or intentional

I opened the primary simulation and after a few seconds I went back to beyond, clicked Mimas and pressed the button to research Mimas, and it somehow researched alongside the dark matter, the 4x speed also applies to Mimas research
