Why does my virus detection think that you're trying to access a compromised site?

This specific IP seems to be connected to dev analytics; unchecking the box gives me a different IP with the same reasoning. I also do not have personalized ads on.
UPDATE: Only Personalized Ads gives me the same IP address as in the first screenshot shared here (147.75.193.63), while both boxes together throws both IPs
