Game crashing after entering explorations

after i open explorations, go somewhere else(lets say beyond) and return, the game wont load and basically its stuck on the loading screen. i dont think its my pc's fault, but it might be. this glitch/crash happens all the time

the latest game version, cpu : i3-7th gen(i3-7020), gpu: Intel graphics 620(my nvidia mx110 fried a long time ago), 4 gb of ram, windows 10
