After an exploration event ends the button to redeem event rewards and the button to switch to the new event do not appear. It doesn't matter which simulation I am in when the event ends and they don't appear even once the new exploration has started. I am able to work around the issue by exiting and restarting the game at which point the expected buttons appear.
