Steps
-from the primary simulation screen tapped the green heart icon which said "claim"
-got to a screen which displayed my event rank and a large blue "claim rewards" button
-must have lost online connection and the blue claim rewards button was unresponsive
-restarted the app
-currency (logits, mutagen, dark matter) had increased by the reward amount (50, 1000, 1000)
-no blue star or diamond geode was rewarded
